  • What are the payment schedules once I book with you?

    Once you book with us, you will have three payment schedules to follow:


    1. Initial Payment (Upon Booking Confirmation): 35% of the total payment will be collected upon booking confirmation. This initial payment secures your reservation and ensures the availability of the accommodation for your selected dates.
    2. Second Payment (50 Days from Check-In): The next installment, comprising 35% of the total payment, is due 50 days before your scheduled check-in date. 
    3. Final Payment (25 Days from Check-In): The remaining balance will be collected 25 days prior to your check-in date. 
  • Are pets allowed, and is there an additional fee?

    Some of our properties are pet-friendly, while others are not. If you intend to bring your pet, kindly reach out to us before making a reservation to confirm the pet-friendliness of the specific property you are interested in. Additional charges may be applicable.

  • Is smoking allowed in the property?

    At Coastal Breeze Getaways, we strive to provide a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all our guests. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we have implemented a strict no-smoking policy within the property.

  • Can I extend my stay if needed?

    The possibility of extending your stay depends on the availability of the desired dates. To inquire about an extension, kindly respond to the thread where you received your initial check-in instructions.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy allows you to receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to the check-in date. If you cancel 15-29 days prior to check-in your will recieve a 50% refund. If you cancel within 15 days of check in no refund will be provided.

  • How do I access the property upon arrival?

    You will receive check-in instructions from us either through Airbnb, VRBO, or the Booking messaging system. If you booked with us directly, these instructions will be emailed to you. 


    The instructions will include:

    • What to expect at the property
    • Exact property address
    • Door code
  • How do I contact someone in case of an emergency or issues during my stay?

    In the event of an emergency always dial 911. If your concern does not require an emergency response please contact us through the chanel which you made your reservation.

  • Is there parking available, and is it included in the rental cost?

    All homes have free driveway parking for 4 or more compact size cars. The number of parking spots availabe for each property is included in the listing description. If you intend to bring more cars than the number of parking spots listed, please contact us prior to booking to discuss arrangements.
